MUGS AND GIFTS - PAYMENTS
We currently accept PayPal, however, you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay for your purchase. PayPal offers the ability to make payments using a variety of different credit/debit cards without actually signing up for an account. Etsy checkout is also accepted.

Re Upholstery:
PLEASE NOTE THIS FABRIC IS NOT (uk FR) it's 100% Polyester, you need a coating for the UK, check your own counties fire regs.
THIS IS CHAIRS not any other product just re-upholstery.

When you supply any personal information to Moonlake Designs Ltd we have legal obligations towards you in the way we deal with that data. Refunds and Exchanges
 I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, excluding digital downloads.

I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
